These traditional hammocks are handcrafted by local artisans from the Tho community in Nghe An, Vietnam using locally sourced Ramie plants. It takes around 15-30 days for two craftsmen to weave each hammock. Renowned for their exceptional quality, comfort, breathability, and durability, these hammocks preserve the traditional essence of craftsmanship.
After the Ramie plants are harvested, their leaves serve various purposes, while the bark is naturally processed to produce the Ramie fibers used in crafting these hammocks. In their natural brown color, these hammocks showcase the authentic weaving technique without any dye or chemical treatment, ensuring comfort and long-lasting durability for years to come.
